My name is Freda McMahon. I'm a natural fertility advisor based in the UK 🇬🇧. I've been helping couples with their fertility since 2008.

My own journey started when my husband and I became clients of the Creighton Model Fertility Care System, as part of our preparation for married life. That experience led me to train as a Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner myself in 2008, and that training became the seed of the practice I run today. While I no longer practise under that model, it remains the foundation of everything I teach.

Over time, infertility became my particular focus. It affects around 1 in 7 couples in the UK, and today it's the reason most couples come to me for support.

So many of them, I think, could have come to this knowledge far earlier, as young adults, even as teenagers. Fertility literacy shouldn't wait until you're ready to conceive.

Since 2021, I've worked exclusively with the NeoFertility doctors and the ChartNeo team, bringing medical treatment and charting support together into one seamless, integrated approach for your fertility journey.
